Was looking forward to some good Ramen but it disappointed. Had the Bakudan Chicken Ramen. It was bland. Had to add chili sauce to give it some flavor. The service was good though.

I've come to there location at the Rim twice now, once for carry out and once for dine in. My food was delicious both times The service was speedy for pick up and the indoor ambiance was nice for an evening out. The downside to the ambiance is that the pictures I took had terrible lighting, so those won't be posted, but I don't judge a restaurant by my ability to take a picture of their food, so all is good in my opinion. I ordered a bibimbap stone pot both times. When I had this in the restaurant, it was served in the pot it was cooked in and remained hot the entire time I was eating (honestly, I kind of liked this feature but I was a little concerned about touching the pot). Obviously the to-go container did not keep it quite as hot, but the food was clearly, freshly prepared and was still hot when I started to eat it at home. The bowl was loaded with fresh veggies and tasted great with both rice and noodles. I added chicken to add a little protein to the meal and I was not disappointed! The serving size was generous and I probably should have planned to have shared because I couldn't finish my meal either time. I also tried the spicy edamame, yummmm, and the bakudan bun, double yummm. 10/10 recommend this restaurant!

I am a new Ramen lover and Bakudan did not disappoint. Our food came out fast and was fresh. They had a gluten free noodle option which was very good and much appreciated. Would have given 5 stars except that they play their music very loud and the lighting was very dim. It was hard to not scream over dinner, lol. Nonetheless the playlist, food and service were nice. If dining alone, I would be back, otherwise would get food to-go if dining with friends or consider their outdoor patio.

Went around 11:30 on Black Friday; got seated quickly and service was on point! Our 14 month old enjoyed the ramen a lot! Chicken was soft enough for him and the broth was just the right amount of saltiness! Would come back!

I didn't want this Ramen to end! The egg...I don't know how they season it and still have it taste so luscious. But I am grateful to 6 pound 8 ounce baby Jesus for this dish. It was definitely too much to eat in one setting, so I had leftovers. FANTASTIC leftovers. This would have 5 stars if they had soda I liked. But they have some off brand something that I was served when I asked for a Diet Coke. I am a Diet Coke aficionado who can tell the difference. So I had water.

So this was my first time having Ramen I always watch my husband and my son eat it but I never had the desire to have a bowl of noodles and broth at a restaurant tried the miso Ramen and man it was so good once I started I could not stop the restaurant was small quaint with a very friendly service The cocktails were interesting I an definitely going again a matter of fact I went the next day and got it to go. the way they served it was just perfect vegetables on the side broth in a separate container which made it easy to warm up once I got home

Quick counter service. Small place good for a quick bite or longer time casually chatting with friends during lunch. Friendly. Food came out hot. Fresh ingredients. Lots of tofu in the dish. Would return.

This is one place I get cravings for. The hot bowl that comes with noodles or rice has a multi layered flavor experience. The presence of veggies makes me feel somewhat healthy. We were served by Brooke and she was kind, quick, and patient with our requests. We come again and again for all these reasons.

We stopped in yesterday and happened to arrive during happy hour. The ambiance is fantastic and the service was very friendly. We stuck to drinks and appetizers because their happy hour has some amazing deals. All the drinks were strong and our favorite was a strawberry punch. We liked the chicken kaage appetizer but thought the sauce would be spicier based on the menu description. The sauce tasted like it was mostly soy sauce. The octopus balls were good, but in my opinion they could've used more seasoning or a sauce. We tried two different buns and loved both. We'll definitely be back to try ramen next!

I wish they have one in LA. The tonkatsu ramen was rich without the grease and the ramen noodles didn't have the aftertaste that I've experienced at most ramen places. It was almost guilt free!

Who doesn't love a good Ramen spot ? This restaurant is authentic with flavor and vibe. The music is a pleasant surprise (I'm not sure if there's a DJ but it seems like it) you can expect to hear all your favorites from popular genres. We had the Spicy Poke Nachos, highly recommend trying these. I ordered the Bulgogi Bowl and my friend ordered the Bakudan Chicken. Both were filled with flavor and good portions. As an added note: this restaurant does not take reservations but you can get on the waitlist and head over to Rock and Rye for a drink while you wait. Our wait time totaled 23 mins which passed quickly since we had an alternate plan to pass the time. Highly recommend Bakudan Ramen.

Deeeeeeelicious!!!!!! Great vibe. Excellent service. Even better ramen. Amazing flavors in the broth. Plenty of noodles and fixings to satisfy the hungriest bellies. I'll be dreaming of their ramen for a while. Lol

This is the first ramen that my kid ate all of it! The gyoza ramen was their favorite with the 4 dumplings in it. I loved the garlic tonkatsu and the spicy shoyu is almost as good but tonkatsu always takes the crown for me.
