I used to be a big fan of this place, but I believe it has gone downhill recently. The portion sizes of the meat are half of what they used to be. In addition, they claim to sell Dr. Pepper when in fact it is NOT Dr. Pepper. They waste your time and taste buds with some weird off-brand cherry flavored soda. Don't put Dr. Pepper on your menu if you do not sell Dr. Pepper. The service and quality on Bakudan Ramen have taken a drastic turn for the worse.

Fast and great food. I was getting lunch on my 1 hr break from lunch after getting tacos feel through I ended up here and it was delicious. Reasonably priced authentic ramen and fast service. I ordered the cilantro lime ramen and split it with a friend and it was delicious. The chicken was flavored and the broth was savory and zesty. Glad I found the place I will definitely be back!

Best Ramen 👌
When it comes to ramen I'm usually ordering anything with tonkotsu broth. I love the velvety mouthfeel and how flavorful it is. Unfortunately, this place did not meet my usual standards. I got the garlic tonkotsu ramen and from the first sip of the broth I noticed it felt and tasted watered down. The noodles were a bit thick for my liking as well.
The takoyaki we ordered was also still cold in the middle - I'm used to takoyaki being so scorching hot I have to air it out for a while. They did have quite a large chunk of octopus in there which was a plus, I guess.
The gyōza on the menu wasn't specified as fully fried/crispy, but it is. It was probably the best thing we ordered. The sauce with it had a nice kick without being spicy and really paired well.
The service was great, very attentive. The atmosphere was a bit loud because the music was pretty loud (with a decent subwoofer, for some reason. Good bass but not what I came for). I felt like I was nearly yelling at my waiter sometimes.
I don't think I'd go out of my way to visit here again unfortunately. I'd rather stick to my usual spots in SA.

The food was OK, service is inconsistent and terrible most of the time, such as serving main dishes first then only appetizers. The smell of cooking oil is everywhere in the restaurant, better sit outdoor.

We have lived our BEST date lives here at this place. Known as the “moonstone” couple, we cannot star this evening for the ALL WEEK 3-6happy hour. Here are some pro tips:
Spicy edamame ($4.50)
Moonstone margaritas (obvi: tajin rim and keep those stunning orchids! 🌺🌚(1/2 off at happy hours)
Honey sriracha wings OR the Chicken Karaage tossed in honey sriracha sauce.
($5.50)
If you’re gonna get the Ramen- get the Spicy one! DELISH! Oh! And sit on that patio! 🥂
.
Feeling extra: nab yourself a green tea shot or a Mexican candy shot if you like SWEET! I don’t shoot/ I like to sip those, 🤣 .
Cheers and let us know what you love that we love bc it’s JUST THAT GOOD.
We have SO MANY PICTs of us but this one was one of the first and at the bar with our favorite bartenders.:))

I was hesitant to come here and I don’t know why. But this place exceeded my expectations! Best espresso martini I’ve had. And the buns were so tasty! Will be back!

Cilantro lime chicken Ramen. Lime tastes spoiled. Paid extra for to make it spicy and nothing extra was added. Only 2 small slices of chicken. Very underwhelming. Heard so much about this place and will not be returning. Restroom floor was wet from a leak.

Rodrigo hit the mark on everything! Super good service, his humor made it an even better experience for the wife and I. Definitely coming back and requesting service from him and the rest of the great staff.
