Even though the store closes at 9 PM we arriveed about 20 minutes before nine and the doors were already closed. The employees were still there, but made gestures to indicate that they were already closed.

We ordered milkshakes after spending the day at the park and it was all milk - sour milk. We trashed them as soon as we got home. On top of waiting 10 minutes for our shakes and having them taste so bad - very disappointing

The young girl that handed me my cone wasn’t wearing gloves, she didn’t wear gloves handling my husbands cone either. I’m disgusted and appalled. Please teach your staff basic hygiene.This location is also very disappointing as they’re often out of flavors and discontinue Baskin Robbin’s classics.In addition to being dirty, and out of stock they frequently close early! Any time between 7:30-9, there’s no predicting it.

We got down to order ice cream & the icecream buckets & freezer was very unappealing. I immediately left. If you’re eating icecream here, you should get down to see where it’s coming out of.

Stopped by for a last minute birthday cake. There was a good selection of ice cream cakes in the freezer of small and large sizes. There were also prepacked quarts of their more popular flavors.I saw some cakes with happy birthday signs on them, but the one I liked didn't have one. I asked the young lady working if they had any and she politely went to the back to give one to me. She was very nice and helpful. Paid for the cake and was on my way.Took the cake out 10 mins before it was time and it was thawed out perfectly. Cake was good with a good ratio of cake to ice cream. Would get a cake here again in the future.

Just the Worst at first. Sitting area was empty two girls were there , completely ignored us, saw us, kept giggling at each other but did not acknowledge us at all. Another employee finally walks out from the back to help, she was super helpful and kind. Redeemed the horrible first impression. So confused at why the others would behave that way.

Today 12/29/2022 around 4:10PM. I went there and had worst experience of my life. 7-8 kids sitting on the front counter and a girl behind the counter was totally unprofessional and one African American guy was worst then ever one. I will NEVER go back at this shity place. They are ruining B&R brand name!!

The workers at this location did not wear gloves when handling food. They were touching their pants and putting on aprons, and did not wash or sanitize their hands after. I was given a spoon which fell on the counter and was not offered a clean one- an employee practically bent over the counter and had her purse on it beforehand. It just seemed like really bad sanitation and cleanliness protocol. I truly don’t want to complain but this must been

We frequently stop here since it's close to home. Today, I brought Dad since we have a buy one get one free coupon. Dad got the Triple Mango and I tried to Ube Coconut Swirl. Both were good but melted so fast! We should have gotten cups! It wasn't particularly hot outside.

Slow drive through consistently, takes 25 mins if more than 5 cars. Management really needs to get on top of the issues because they’re often out of selections.
