Absolutely love this Baskin-Robbins on De Zavala! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the store is super clean and inviting. I had Mint Chocolate Chip and Gold Medal Ribbon in a fresh waffle cone — both were creamy, flavorful, and perfect. They’ve got a great variety of flavors, cakes, and seasonal treats. It’s my go-to spot for a sweet treat. Highly recommend this location!

Ameena, Dontae, and Natalie provided excellent customer services. Dontae saved my life by telling me that an ice cream that I was about to consume had nuts in it. Ameena gave my girlfriend such a pleasant scoop. Last but not least Natalie was the kindest person I have ever met. Great group of people. 10/10

I had a great experience at this baskin robbins location. In the past at other locations I've had issues with servers only giving out one or two samples. However, the service at this baskin robbins was excellent. I got many samples of different ice creams and got to decide at my own pace. Thank you to the server Ameena who made great recommendations. Safe to say I will be returning to this location.
