My coffee was good but the service wasn't great. Took 5 minutes to get my order taken because the lady said one second and went to the back. When she comes to take my order I tell her what coffee I want. My husband wanted a smoothie and they didn't have the stuff to make any of them yet they weren't marked off the menu for anyone to know that. Not sure if I'd come back or not was a disappointment

Every time Berry to Bean puts out their holiday menus I love to try them. I just had the Netflix & Chill’d with the cold foam and it’s now my favorite drink they’ve released yet! Thanks to Audrey and her team for always keeping it fresh and exciting!

I've been to this cafe definitely more times than I can count. I've toured the menu and have tried a good variety of drinks from here. Overall, it's very watery. I love a lavender latte but they skimp on the syrup and I can never taste it. I don't think I've ever been truly satisfied by anything I've tried here. Lately I've been ordering online since it's easier, but it's NEVER ready on time. The baristas have no sense of urgency or are even apologetic at most. I always tip too so it's even more disappointing when you ordered 30 to 40 minutes ago and they're getting every else's drink out first. Today my drink was done almost an hour from when I initially ordered it. This is probably my last time here because it's such a huge waste of time for a mediocre product. What I do recommend are the pastries. Ironically they are not made by berry to bean.

The beverage was decent, but the service was horrible. We were at the counter for 10 minutes before the worker took our order and she seemed a little on the rude side.

This was not it.Perhaps someone called in leaving the young lady to fend for herself - I don't know - but, she was thoroughly antisocial and it took a VERY long time to get our drinks - especially after she gave my daughter's drink to someone else. Not that she'd know who's it was anyway, since she didn't actually look us in the face during any part of the transaction. Also, my wife asked for water and the girl very curtly said, "There's a water station down there!" My wife said thank you and went to get some water, but there were no cups. She requested cups and the girl said she'd get some - she never did.Very poor customer service.

Shop was not properly staffed for the morning of Rock n Roll Marathon and is right on the course. The one person working was slow in nature and lacked urgency when 20+ people walked in. Also, she kept handling the coffee cups in a way that it actually made me think she touched the inside and rim of all of them. It took 20 minutes to get a latte and pastry. Food and drink were average quality. No decaf coffee apparently. Half the waiting people left to see their runners before their dinks were done.
