Great vibe with decent Texas BBQ. Brisket decent, well marbled, and tender. Sauce available for non-Texans & other meats. Turkey delicious. Potato salad was akin to a loaded potato in a bowl.
We're from another state and of course had to have bbq while visiting Texas. We came here because it was near us and had good reviews. I was a tad skeptical at first because the exterior is a bit run down and the parking lot isn't great. The inside is about the same. But the food was amazing! I had the 1 meat plate with smoked turkey, spicy creamed corn, and potato salad. The turkey was ok - a little dry. The potato salad was a loaded baked potato in a cup. My husband had the 2 meat plate with sausage and marbled brisket along with okra and potato salad. The sausage was good. The brisket was tender.
