I have been a customer at Betty Jane's Bakery for 8 years. Their service, professionalism, and love they have for their art, have truly made my experience and cakes I received from them special. Betty Jane's has always been the place I go to for special occasions. They have a quick turn around time and always have our cakes ready on the day and time we scheduled for pick up.

When I submit a special cake request, Amanda always exceeds my expectations! She always take the time to review my inspiration photos, discusses what design options we could do, and my additions, and provides a cake design that is so precise to both the reference image and my imagination. Amanda's work is beautiful and takes the show in our special events. Our guests are always impressed by the cakes, not only for their design, but their delicious flavor. I cherish the many memories we were able to enjoy with their cakes for our special moments!

This Minnie Mouse birthday cake is a masterpiece! The delicate pink frosting and adorable decorations make it a truly magical desert. The flavor was absolutely delicious, and everyone raved about how moist and flavorful the cake was. Not only was the cake stunning, but the Cat was also incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the entire process. They worked with me to create the perfect cake for my daughter's birthday and were accomodating to all of my requests. I highly recommend this bakery for their incredible cakes, exceptional service, and outstanding responsiveness.

My sister purchased a 4 layer heart shaped cake for my daughter’s 24th birthday which looked just the way she wanted. When we cut into it after being out of the refrigerator for about an hour the cake fell apart at the restaurant. We didn’t even cut half when the icing toppled down making it impossible for my daughter to share with her friends later. It was disappointing because my daughter was so happy when she saw it. Too much money for this kind of outcome. Reading some of the negative reviews given I know now that I’m not the only one that feels only excuses are given. Peggy is very defensive.I never received a reply from my initial email on June 19th, with the photo sent upon request from Peggy but only received a reply after my second email on June 26th stating how disappointed I was that she never responded via email or phone call. I will not purchase any future cakes from this place, I feel they’re unprofessional and lack good customer service.

Hidden gem in a Blanco road shopping center. First time ordering for my 45 th birthday. Ordered 6 inch in strawberry cake. Enormous size and it was decedent. Tasted sweet and was exactly how I wanted it. I’m pleased.

You will not regret ordering from this bakery!!

I was initially skeptical about this store since there were so few reviews. I assumed it was new even though they have an amazing rating. I decided to take a chance on it and I did not regret it!!! I got an AMAZING cake that was exactly what I asked for! I got a SpongeBob themed chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Not only did it look great, it tasted so good that even people who didn’t like cake much went in for seconds!!!

Regarding the few reviews, apparently their reviews got hacked a couple years ago so they had to restart the reviews but they've been in business for over 10 years and I can absolutely see why. Delicious and beautiful cakes soeak for themselves!!

Brought my vision to life! Seriously I gave a vague drawing but explained what I was trying to achieve and they got it exactly. There are a lot of ‘creative bakers’ out there but when you need the BEST and total reliability you should use Betty Jane’s. Already ordered another cake before even walking out with this one if that tells you anything. And their shop is adorable and they do everything, not just bridal.

I cannot recommend this bakery at all. They completely dropped the ball on a cake that was ordered a week prior to an event. The Cake was ordered on Saturday 3/23 to be picked up on 3/30. It was a simple cake 1/4 sheet nothing super fancy, I Spoke with Amanda and baker. Explained this was a birthday cake for my boss. They drew out the cake, told me when to come pick up everything was set except for some final wording that needed to go on cake I was going to email that info. They never asked me for a deposit or to pay which I gladly would have done.They never gave me a deadline to finalize order AND they never gave a courtesy call to confirm details of cake. Had I not emailed on Wednesday checking in I would not have known that they were not making this cake! They said they couldn’t make it. I was now in a pickle trying to figure out what to do! What absolute horrible customer service!!! If you have an event I would think twice before trusting them to make a cake for you! I just will not be recommending this place to anyone! Luckily it’s just cake and I was able to find another lovely place to accommodate this request!

I use this business once a year to help make the best of my wife’s birthday party. Every year it is more outstanding than the next. I come in with a design possibility, and they find a way to make it work. Any color, any style and as large as you want it. Everyone who comes to our parties, are amazed, that how good the cakes look, and how good they taste. I highly recommend this place!

I called them 6 days before my daughter’s birthday after another baker canceled my order . They accepted and did amazing shop with my cake for spa party for kids. It required lots of details , they mastered it and the taste was great. Thank you so much ?

It was our first time ordering a bday cake from them and cup cakes for our child bday and it was delicious and yummy and it was not too sweet, icing was perfect and everything was perfect…. The flavors were delicious. This will be our go to place for all the cakes from here forward… customer service was amazing.. highly recommend this place… the cake and cup cakes were so delicious that you would just want to keep eating it.

This is my go to place for cakes. They have always done such a wonderful job executing exactly what I want. The suggestions of flavor combos are always perfect. I just can't say enough praise about this place. I orders my second cake for my daughter's birthday & I have to say it was the BEST cake I have ever had in my life. The strawberry cake with custard & strawberry filling, the buttercream icing is heavenly & the design was beautiful.

We ordered a cake for my daughter graduation. The cake was amazing.Not just beautiful very delicious too. I don’t eat the cover but inside pinacolada fillings with pineapple very unique and tasty.So many people give her and her cake compliments and ask me where did I ordered the cake I’m happy share with everyone…My daughter was really surprised and loved it ?
