I bought dinner last night for my children and I, a ten piece to be exact. Let’s just say we didn’t eat it. I called up early this morning spoke to Mrs. Jessica explained to her it wasn’t her shift and what happened she was so awesome and understanding. this is my go to bill miller and yet everytime i come there’s some kind of issue in the drive thru! weather im in line for 25-30 minutes waiting for 1 meal or them NOT accurately giving me my order. it’s unfortunate that there’s always something. frankly if i wanted to wait 30 minutes for food would have gone to a sit down restaurant and not a “fast food” restaurant.
The cashiers at this location keep the line moving no matter how many people come in. The tables and floors are clean.
