After I received my food, I realized I wanted dark meat, and there was a team leader named Beatrice standing next to me and She made sure that I was getting what I wanted. (I believe she was going home for the day and took the time to help me out) Now that is what service is about? Thank you Beatrice!!
So slow. I spent 30 minutes of my lunch hour in the drive thru and that's because I took a late lunch. There were only 5 cars ahead of me so i don't understand what the delay was. Can't imagine coming at noon.
Check your order before you leave. Went through the drive through, ordered and paid for pie, got home , no pie😡the turkey plate was delicious 🥰update: it’s been 24 hrs, still have not been contacted. Update: they responded the next day, apologized and sent a gift card😇the turkey dinner plate is delicious 🥰had it for a second time.
