This is my favorite Bill Millers. The service is always great and so is the food. Chicken is always on point. I have never received bad service or food from this spot. I remember one day all the power was out and they were still frying chicken. They had that back door open so they could have some light in the kitchen and they served us fresh hot chicken with a smile. I laughed but never forgot that day. After I received my food, I realized I wanted dark meat, and there was a team leader named Beatrice standing next to me and She made sure that I was getting what I wanted. (I believe she was going home for the day and took the time to help me out) Now that is what service is about? Thank you Beatrice!!
So slow. I spent 30 minutes of my lunch hour in the drive thru and that's because I took a late lunch. There were only 5 cars ahead of me so i don't understand what the delay was. Can't imagine coming at noon.
