Bill Miller Bar-B-Q

Was a little disappointed this morning. Stopped by Bill Millers for some breakfast, I ordered my tacos (sausage egg cheese, potato egg and a potato and bacon) the first two were fine but the potato and bacon was a joke. I brought it to the female manager and asked her what this was, she said sorry we only do one scoop of potatoes and walked away. It must be this location because I’ve never had this issue before…just was very disappointed!

Go there 3 times a week.
Like barbecue shop meal. Fried chicken meal. Barbecue meal and the pies are so great

I went through the drive thru, ordered food for the family. Po-boys were dry, no sauce on them, looked like the meat was what they had left over, the fry’s tasted cold and old. By the time I got home and discovered what they had sold me, they were already closed. Overall poor quality and experience, not worth the price.

Waited at drive through speaker for 7 minutes recived no response eventually gave up and pulled up to the window to order where the employee said the speaker does not pick up trucks like it was just something I should just know, had to wait twice as long at the slowest Bill Millers in San Antonio. On top of it they did not get the order correct. How is there no system for recognizing a pickup truck in your drive through? No other food establishments in Texas seem to share this problem

Not a huge fan of this location although I love Bill Millers chain in general. I had ordered just a regular garden salad no protein on top or anything just the salad and a sweet tea. I'm assuming it was the older white lady at the drive-thru register? Whoever had taken my order, she was polite enough but sort of pressured me into getting a number 6 meal that forced me into putting a meat on my salad while i ordered at the speaker... She started by asking me "No meat? Are you sure??" 😑 Yes..... usually when I drive through they just give me what I order no questions asked, I pay for it, and I go.. kind of irritating but no big deal..

I go with the shredded chicken on top with the meal because why not? It comes with the meal and I was tired of trying to explain what I wanted, after i had repeated my order 3 times. I really didnt feel like arguing over my lunch so i conceded. They LOADED my salad down with super dry shredded chicken, and a couple of hours after lunch low and behold I find myself sick at my stomach with food poisoning and had to call out of work the next day/cancel an important dinner date i had promised my husband... Definitely not a good time it was very painful. I had never had this problem before today 1/23/25. Customers please beware! I'm not allergic to chicken or anything but please please train staff to take orders no questions asked/unsolicited opinions given unless the request at the window is unclear. Also please throw out old/questionable product so no one else gets food poisoning 😭

I had a bad experience this week the brisket sandwich had no brisket but tiny bits of shredded beef what is going on with this place all bill millers are getting worst

Ordered a number 3 with 1 meat and 3 sides and this is what I got! More than half my meat section with greenbeans. Why not put the greenbeans in the side section?

Waiting in line asking for a 10-piece family meal. They told me they were out of wings be 15 minutes. They could give me legs and thighs so I said okay. Got up to the window and the lady said oh it's going to be 15 minutes wait. I'm tired of them doing this at this location. Nobody has 15 minutes. That's why we come through the drive-thru and Bill. Miller's never does anything about it

From Chicago, visiting for Thanksgiving. Pros.- Cashier was friendly and sweet tea was refreshing. Spoke with an older couple in line who decided to leave for some reason. I asked what was good here. They indicated food options were mediocre at best; and recommended another spot. Cons. - Ordered brisket, sausage and three sides (pinto beans, cole slaw and rice). Sides were awful and brisket was tough. The menu items were Texas, but taste and quality is truly not a representation of Texas. Customer beware!

Bill Miller's is a hit or miss on their fried chicken, brisket is always a legit contender. Everything else is under par. Especially the ribs they have no flavor. BBQ sauce is ok. Love the rice and beans though. If anything I go for the beans.
