Good god these were delicious. Quesobirria and the trompa were both so so good. The grilled onions and all the salsas and of course the tortillas did justice to the flavorful fillings. Can’t wait to have these again but gonna have to try some other dishes too. Staff were super friendly as well!
If you're looking for a new place to try, look no further. This place is it! Chago's food was not only so good, the service was amazing. The young man helping out the front of house and taking orders is so polite! It's been a while since I've had great service like this. The prices are super reasonable especially for the amount of food they serve. This is my new fave place. Service with a smile. The fideo, rice, flauta's, and quesabirria were what we had tonight! Super delicious!!

Went with family last night and had some great food! This place exemplifies San Antonio cuisine. They even bring out cups of hot, delicious fideo before the meals, along with the standards chips and salsa that's common in the area. I know it looks like you won't get much from this little spot in a strip mall, but trust me it takes a lot to impress this gringo gordo.
