Bill Miller's is a hit or miss on their fried chicken, brisket is always a legit contender. Everything else is under par. Especially the ribs they have no flavor. BBQ sauce is ok. Love the rice and beans though. If anything I go for the beans.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 tacos. When my the order was ready, they gave it to the wrong person. They had to remake my order. After telling them 3 times what 2 order was, I returned to work on to have my tacos made wrong.
Since moving to this area, this is my first time to eat at Bill Miller's BBQ on Perrin Beitel Rd. Few customers around noon. Walked right thru dine in line. No waiting. Ordered a two meat BBQ with two sides. Sausage & chicken. Sausage was spicy & tasty. The chicken breast & wing was very tender & juicy. Potato salad was good. Prefer a more creamy cold slaw. Bill came to $15.00 to include tax.
