I had a situation that landed me here for many hours with my bags, looking tore up. They didn't even bat their eyes at me as I sat in the corner and cried. They let me be. When I needed them, everyone was willing to assist me. I did end up getting dinner right before my ride showed up. MaryJane was very helpful and patient with me. Thank you all so much!!

The only thing consistent about this location is that it's INCONSISTENT. Bill's is known for their fried chicken and it was our "go to", but it's ALWAYS a hit or miss there! The sides and desserts are great (hence the 3 stars) but the quality of the fried chicken has gone down. Times are hard and prices have gone up; I won't gamble with my money at this restaurant anymore. Don't be sorry, Bill's; Be better :(

According to other reviews, this location has a BIG problem with consistency and quality. Be careful and double check your order in the drive-thru - I asked for a side of sauce and jalapeños. In the busy lunch rush, they didn't even ring up the sauce, but they did charge me for the jalapeños. But did I get them in my order? Nope. Guests shouldn't have to double check an employee's work for them, but hey, I guess we do if we don't want to get overcharged or to miss part of our order. If I were a manager here, I'd remind any careless employees working the drive-thru that they mostly get one shot to get the order and interaction right - I didn't open my order till I was 15 minutes away. Otherwise I would've just gone up to the register. Therefore, you and your drive-thru crew are getting this review ?
