The only thing consistent about this location is that it's INCONSISTENT. Bill's is known for their fried chicken and it was our "go to", but it's ALWAYS a hit or miss there! The sides and desserts are great (hence the 3 stars) but the quality of the fried chicken has gone down. Times are hard and prices have gone up; I won't gamble with my money at this restaurant anymore. Don't be sorry, Bill's; Be better :(
Just ordered 2 chk tender familymeals. Order was fulfilled correctly and fresh. The young gentlemen (didn’t get his name) that helped me was very nice and prompt. Every time we head back to Houston we get Bill Millers I definitely come back to this location. Store was clean as well.

I had a situation that landed me here for many hours with my bags, looking tore up. They didn't even bat their eyes at me as I sat in the corner and cried. They let me be. When I needed them, everyone was willing to assist me. I did end up getting dinner right before my ride showed up. MaryJane was very helpful and patient with me. Thank you all so much!!
