This B.M.'s on Bandera has gone down hill in service. Since the covid 19 has come out this location can't get an order right greeting customers is not what it use to be. This is not the first, second, third or fourth time. I belive in second chances. Maybe I'm just old fashion OR it's because that's the way I was raised.
I've always said, if you don't like the service, then don't go out to eat. Well rest assured I won't be back.
I know this isn’t a big deal but it’s not the first or second time this has happened. I order chicken strips with ranch. I am not a fan of gravy. It’s been left off order many times before. So I asked the employee at the drive thru window if she could please make sure there was ranch included. She looked at the receipt and said yes. Which I could have done myself. At 8:50 Went thru drive thru at this location and was told” to pull up to place an order”, keep in mind that there was 3 cars ahead and was thinking ok because they are closing up they will take my order at the window. I pull to the window at the stroke of 9pm to just get two large sweet teas and was told they threw all the tea out.
