Most Employees are just rude not friendly at all. Chicken you can tell they don't change cooking oil often. Place could be way cleaner especially since not many eating inside so no excuse for table or floor to be that dirty. Then not just 8:05pm & Lady comes out & says that lobby will be closes in. 30 minutes when it closes at 9:00pm .
I love kentucky fried chicken 🍗. The staff was very friendly.The food was very delicious
A walk up kiosk is used and an employee will only assist, when asked. The issue is thats the specials are not on the kiosk and wastes customer time looking for what isnt available.
