I placed my order via the KFC app, once I arrived I pulled into an empty drive thru. The employee informed me that my order was not ready so I would HAVE TO PARK MY CAR AND COME INSIDE TO WAIT. So I did just that and within 1 minute my order was brought to me. I attempted to explain my frustration of the inconvenience of having to park and come inside given the fact I placed my order via the app. The manager was so very rude and attempted to intrupt me until i stopped her and asked her to listen to my concerns.If I can not wait in the drive thru for an order that is just a minute out from being ready then what is the point of even having a drive thru?After 50 years of being a KFC customer (not to mention owing stocks in YUM) I will be taking my business to ChickFaLa or any one of the other chicken establishments within a 1 mile radius of myself.And my order was incorrect so thanks KFC!

Went thru drive thru. Asked if they allow you to substitute for something else and was rudely told "nope!" Just like that too. No friendly customer service. At the speaker, I was asked what drink I want. I said tea. I get to the window and she said I never gave them a drink selection. So then if it comes with a drink and you gave me a total and told me to pull forward, you must have my drink selection. Then I was told I need to go back around thru the drive thru. Never again!

They are consistently out of chicken between from 5pm to 8pm. It's confusing because this is the time most people get off work and pick up dinner on the way home. My daughter and I have been there at least 5 different times and days to be told, "We are out of chicken"

Hadn't had fried chicken in a long time, so ordered $20 Fill up. After the manager rudely said I could not substitute the fries for mash, he gave me a box as soon as I rolled up from the drive-thru. Thought "great fresh!" But that was a short-lived happy feeling...everything was burnt, dry, and obviously old! This place has dramatically gone to Hell! I was ROBBED!!! NEVER GOING TO THIS ONE ON GUILBEAU & BANDERA AGAIN! They should be brought up on charges, because THIS is criminal!!!

It was a wonderful experience. They did not have the extra chicken sandwich I wanted, but I was able to get a chicken pot pie(?) with it, so it was still awesome!Parking: It has a whole lot of parking, even with the parking lot full, there would have been room inside for customers
