Service still bad. Waited 16 min.for their turkey plate special. I had to go up to counter to check and girl that took my order asked for my plate. Two managers working the drive thru had no idea where my order was. Finally after another 2 min.they gave me my order. No manager apology or bonus offer.Plate had 3 anemic pieces of turkey which was cold just like dressing. I understand it was almost 5 pm and drive thru was packed but I am still a paying customer.Ive had mistakes on...read full review
Super disappointed in my meal today!! My husband and I got chicken strips I guess you all changed them to chicken nuggets!! They were super small not even worth what I paid for.
This particular location on Grissom is always disappointing. If they are not forgetting items in your to go order then they are serving subpar food.
Today I stopped by for breakfast tacos, after not visiting this location for over a month. I was hoping they got it together now that business is up and “normalizing” but nope! Hard tortillas and a booty stain smear of beans on my taco! Do better.

Bill Miller BBQ is a popular local spot known for its perfectly moist brisket and juicy sausage links. The drive-thru service can have some hiccups, but the crispy chicken value meals are worth the wait. The fried chicken is also liked. The staff is generally friendly, though the service can slow down when the main employees are away, and service for people dining in is not very good. The brisket was good, but the quantity is just not there for the money. Portions, like the poor boy sandwich and the onion and pickle bag, have gotten small. Overall, it's a decent place to enjoy a satisfying meal, especially for those craving the signature brisket.
The restaurant has maintained its high-quality food, with customers praising the fresh and hot dishes, though the hash browns didn't taste fresh. The dining area and restrooms are kept clean. However, some customers have noted issues with communication among the employees, and concerns about portion sizes and pricing. Despite these minor challenges, Bill Miller BBQ continues to be a go-to destination for those seeking a tasty, Texas-style barbecue experience.
