Barbacoa was great it's just getting expensive these days. Best barbacoa I've had in a while. Also got a piece of cake cause I'm fat lol.I got there at about 7:22 and beat the loooong line that forms just before they open. I can see why this place is so busy though. It's very good.
I have to say I have tried Barbacoa all over San Antonio and besides my own homemade Barbacoa this place has the very BEST Barbacoa I've EVER eaten! I am 57yrs old and have had plenty! I definitely will recommend this place!

My favorite barbacoa place on NW SA! Lines but go pretty quickly and always tasty all meat with homemade corn tortillas and hot sauce! Homemade tamales which are better than any others around. They have 2 lanes in drive thru when it's busy. They sell out of menudo on the regular. Love the memories of getting Sunday Barbacoa with my kids for many years.
