Hectic place whether dine in or take out. The employees don't communicate with each other. One girl that usually takes our order inside is quiet...Like she's afraid to speak up! The manager has no control of this place! I've worked in these places before and it's something that should be ran as a team to help get orders out properly and fast.
Service was good and as always, we enjoyed the food. However, food is getting pricier, and food portions smaller. If you buy chicken, you will get more breading than chicken.

During this visit I had the Wrangler Plate with brisket, Cole slaw, & green beans. The brisket was some of the best I've had at a BM (each visit is different). I love the green beans at BM and they did not disappoint during this visit. The slaw is on point. The staff was friendly and accommodating as usual.
