The service was good but I had a bad experience, I lost my cell phone, a customer found it and left it in the restaurant and he told my other cell phone when he got here and asked. The cashier treated me with very good attention and the manager only said that there was no I didn't ask for the phone or bother to look for it, I spoke to my cell phone and asked them to answer that it was my cell phone and that's when they gave it to me jmm
A couple came in to Bill Miller with a dog in their hands to me that was bad higens handling utilities with dirty hands while serving themselves

The food is usually good here but today someone dropped the ball the meat was dry and looked old. Please people take pride in your product and check your quality of food not the mention there was some guy in the back who kept whistling . what was that all about??
Pretty annoying I'm sure I'm not the only one hearing this why don't management control there staff....

The food was good but I was disappointed to pay $11 for a 3 piece fried chicken plate and they gave me 2 thighs and 1 leg. I thought I was getting a breast but no it was a thigh with a lot of breading and the brownies were old Soo disappointed but I could not complain because I was on a lunch date with my wife didn't want to ruin our lunch date

Always ask for condiments and napkins. They leave out salsa , napkins and ketchup almost routinely. Their food is usually good but your in-store plates are always better than the to-go "counterpart."

Their portions on everything from their tacos to chicken strips are even smaller and the prices keep going up. The only consistent thing about this restaurant is that you will keep getting jipped. Even the gravy that they serve with chicken strips is getting skimpy. I got tired of telling them. Now I just go to Bush's chicken. Their chicken taste better anyway.

Wow, just wow. Wasn't even busy, and they still forgot bbq sauce. We had to run back in to. Request a sample sauce when we got home. We realized sure they forgot some brisket in our tacos, lol. I thought this was a joke. I guess my best advice to this restaurant is, put yourself in the customer place. This portion is what I would expect at a free breakfast, not something i'm paying for.
