Food was disappointing. Coleslaw was water and had to much vinegar. Potatoes salad was Blanding very white and had no taste. Ribs didn't have any taste like BBQ or had a smoky taste. Brisket gave you 4 small pieces. Chicken is the only meat that has good taste. Macaroni is good cheesy. Greens beans are good. Lady on server side, she wasn't nice. But cashier she was very nice and great attitude. But we this is our first and be our last time.

Ordered a few items from the menu on 4/9, a tender meal, the rancher plate, and a #6 combo, salad with BBQ chicken. Everything was delicious except my salad didn't have any chicken in it. I purchased it to have for lunch today 4/10 and was unpleasantly surprised that the salad I paid for was incomplete. I will make sure that I do not go to this establishment within an hour of closing, it seems like the service gets poorer at that point. I understand they probably had a long day but that's no reason to turn off your customer service and making sure that every order is correct before you hand a customer their food.

We ate there for dinner and enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious and it came out pretty quickly. Dutch apple pie is back!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming so we will definitely be coming back.

Water on the floor the whole time we were there nobody even bothered to clean it up no caution sign was trying to get a hungry gentleman 1 peice of chicken after out meal they suggested i go tru food to go when i was already in line n others waiting bhind me the manager has no people skills also keep making me wait after i was in line never ever have i encountered such service at any bill millers n i love bill millers always stop at the one on leopard since w dont have any in south texas so this one on Rigby very dirty n manager so unprofessional was on the phone for bout 30 enjoying conversation while her her employees had a lunch rush she needs lots of training i had to wait like 10 for 1 peice of chicken then got charged almost 4 that ticket is w fries ? there was no fries in the bag so i was overcharged never to come back to this location even the customers were asking me why i was being skipped i said poor management cashier was nice an apologized but not her fault

Well I order breakfast myself 1 pancakes ,bacon ,tea,for wife 2 pancakes ,tea.When lady brought plate all 3 pancakes an bacon was on one plate .Told lady there are us two why everything on one plate can't ya read the orders print show here the ticket .So she brought me a plate .
