Thank You El Taco Regio(Rigsby Ave) for saving my night. If you haven't had tried them you should....I am extremely reluctant to try some of these trucks, but my fears were lessened when as I walked towards the the I noticed one of the workers get out of the truck and pickup trash from around the truck threw it away and threw the gloves she was wearing away as well, before she re-entered the truck. El Taco Regio (Rigsby Ave) is a food truck offering delicious, not greasy Mexican food. The service is magnífico, and the street tacos are so good that customers drive across town for them. The menu includes Mini Tacos, street tacos, a torta de al pastor, and tacos de al pastor. The frijoles charros are not greasy, and the sauces have good spice. A standout is the orange creme sauce, which is THAT good. Meals are filling and not stingy—five street tacos plus beans for $10, or $24 for two great meals. The truck is clean; one worker even picked up trash before re-entering. They accept cash or credit, provide a buzzer for order pickup, and have a few picnic tables to eat at or take home. The staff is bilingual, making ordering easy. Customers feel welcome and comfortable. Located on Rigsby close to 410, look for the bright orange taco truck. Between the two taco trucks on Rigsby, this one is BEST—mucho MEJOR!
