I love the food and the service I receive. The only issue I had was being in line 10 minutes until 9:00pm. It was 9:02 when I was finally able to get to the speaker, and was told they were closed. If I am in line before closing, I think I should be helped.
This review pertains to the drive-thru window. When I order breakfast tacos and the person on the intercom asks if I want hot sauce, I ALWAYS say no thank you. Why then, when I check the bag there's 3 or 4 cups of hot sauce in there, leaking and sweating? I might be the only person in the city who doesn't like hot sauce, but if I say please don't give me any hot sauce, what's the problem? It's wasteful because I toss them right into the trashcan.

Just tell them window servers to make sure the customer has a good grip on there food before letting go...AND let the customer put the food down in the car before they rush the drinks on them. Spilling..THANKS.
