I had dinner at Blu Prime Steakhouse on 05/30/25 and was blown away by the excellent service from our waiter, Mathew. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. He was attentive without being intrusive, had great knowledge of the menu, and recommended a ribeye that was absolutely perfect. What stood out most was his timing and attention to detail — our drinks were always full, and he checked in at the perfect time without interrupting our conversation....

We enjoyed everything about our dining experience at Blu. The restaurant is beautiful. The atmosphere was so pleasant and comfortable. Our waiter, Julian was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to be our server. The timing of all our drinks and food was perfect. The drinks were amazing. The food was 5 star!!!
