We ran into Blanca’s Cake and Catering about 2 years ago at a quince expo. Ever since then my daughter has been raving about them, and this was just from a tasting. Then we hired them to do the cake and repostería at my daughters quince. Everything was perfect from the frosting to the cake to the cookies. I would give her five stars for my daughter's sweet 16 dream cake not only that the kids love it but the adults too it brought us a lot of memories from back when we were small the flavors that each layer had was amazing
