It is currently 12:24 PM. Today’s date is 2 March. I just went by there. I did not catch the girls name but she does wear brown dark lipstick it look like anyways she is very rude so I will not continue to go there unless it’s a different person. She didn’t even give me what I asked for. She totally changed the whole order around and when I asked her, what is this I wanted a slushy all she had to say was I can’t make it in a slushy instead of in the first place even asking me if it’s OK that I get it in a smoothie my boyfriend is lactose intolerant and he cannot have smoothies so I pretty much had to take it and give it to somebody else in my family, which is pretty messed up because the whole reason I went over was for myself and my boyfriend I give several stars if I could I just know she shouldn’t be working there. She doesn’t even do her job right

Yall the people who work here are very kind and the atmosphere was great. On the downside after almost finishing my boba I found the longest piece of hair in it. Now im sick to my stomach and home unable to do anything… :( Please have your employees wear their hair up or something.

Worst place to go ever, I gave it a few tries throughout the month and each experience was horrible and I always get helped by this one girl with long hair idk her name but it starts with a J. She is the worst and gives horrible customer experience. Teas are absolutely awful. Will never return and not recommend. JULISSA IS HER NAME I THINK.. worst person ever. Please do yourself a favor and dont let her serve you.
