This place is very good if u don't like the normal boba there u can make your own drink there's popping boba of u don't like the normal theres smoothies refreshers and u can add boba in those drinks to. The snacks are really good also the macaroons are great and the pocky sticks are also great and the panda cookies are ok.

Edit: The only improvement I could think of is online ordering. It gets so loud sometimes, between the machines and the music.Best chain to get your boba fix! I love all the flavors and options available. Their tapioca is always fresh. The prices are very reasonable and the employees are polite.
I ordered the milk tea and I just gotta say, not that good it tasted really watered down and for what I paid... I'd just brew my own tea and put some milk in
