Boba Tea & Crumbs - Wender Plaza 151

Atmosphere is nice. Regular milk tea with boba left me feeling like it was missing something. Like it was almost the right flavor but not quite.
The grilled pork bahn mi was worse. It was chewy and not in a good way. The pork looked and tasted like it was frozen right before then microwaved.

Bad customer service . Person working the counter had no idea what they were doing.

Drove all the way over here to check out the bubble waffle ice cream just for the guy at
the register to say he’s not making them cause he was the only person working. No line.. just a couple people sitting down eating. No thanks! Need more people especially if its being advertised on social media

We went to try out the waffle cone after hearing about it online, but they ran out due to a rush that day. We ended up trying some great drinks and an AMAZING sandwich. We'll be back again to try those waffle cones and more drinks! The cashier and owner were very friendly and were great about explaining the items on the menu. It was worth the drive for us.

Owner steals tips. I'm only going to go back to give the person a tip in cash. I'm not going here anymore.

Drink was great! Got a brown sugar milk tea with boba. The staff was very nice! However, the owners keep the electronic tips here for some reason despite it being illegal. Lame.

Stopped by for a couple of drinks for my group! Not exactly sure what we wanted. The young person working was very helpful and friendly they had great suggestions.

The place looked clean & there was a restroom. I didn't go in, but it was nice that one was available.

Jasmine Green Tea by itself was great! Next time, I'll try it with milk.

Mango smoothie was delicious, too!

And the strawberry boba was great & delicious!

Food was also on the menu, but we didn't order any this visit.

We will be back soon.

Ok service but I really enjoyed the atmosphere, could see myself studying here. The brownsugar milk tea was good, not too sweet, and had a lot of boba. I got the pork belly banh mi; the vegetables were fresh and refreshing, the bread was fresh, and soft with a crackly crust but the meat and the overall sandwich had no flavor. I could see myself coming back to try more drinks in the future, but wasn't impressed by the sandwich.

I’m looking for a place to bring someone some food and Boba. I looked at the third review below. Nope! Stealing from servers? 1-star. Not a good look. Clearly can’t afford for the servers to have a tip pool. Most servers make $2.15/hour. Even if they got paid a decent living wage, stealing their tips is still not right, so unprofessional, and so uncool. I’ll make sure to make time to have y’all audited and report it to the state, just to be sure. It won’t be tomorrow or this year but it will be when you won’t know it. How rude! Thanks person down there for bringing that to light. I won’t ever support a business with poor business ethics!

Food is mid and the owner illegally steals tips from the employees. It's the easiest lawsuit for anyone that works here, no where in the US can management steal tips "because you make too much." The funniest part is that they admit to this actual theft in the Google reviews. Maybe use Google to check labor laws instead of respond to the reviews next time, LOL

Love this location! The atmosphere is great, the decor is very cute! The service was very good, super friendly staff! I got the signature milk tea with tapioca pearls and it was delicious! Will absolutely be returning very soon!
