Only detraction was the noise level. I wouldn't recommend if you can't handle loud conversation.

Bohanans is a delightful place...calm, impeccable service, some excellent food...however, my ribeye, while it should have a suitable amount of fat for flavor, was easily a third fat and gristle...very disappointing. Additionally, the drink prices are simply obscene...

We had a wonderful 39th wedding anniversary. Service was fabulous and food was amazing! Highly recommend.

This is the first time my husband and I go to this restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful we order 2 appetizers and one main entree. We got our drinks and one appetizer. We wait over 1 hour and 30 mins and the waitress comes to tell us is one more ticket in front of us and the restaurant at that moment wants full. Some other people who came after us got better service and their food in a decent time. We left very unhappy because we have something to do in less than 20 mins. We paid for the drinks and the appetizer. We are not planning to visit this restaurant or tell other people to come. Sorry guys but you don't deserve a good review from us. This was a waste of time.

We went to the bar downstairs for drinks after having dinner at a different restaurant for restaurant week and it was the perfect ending to a great night. i think his name was Ryan or Brian who served us and he was amazing. Extremely attenive and really interesting to talk to. Fantastic service and even mixed up a special drink for all of us. Atmosphere in the bar area is perfect, not too loud we could all hear each other talk.

First time here, our server Luis was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was excellent between the three of us we had ribeye, lamb chops and red fish, all were prepared perfectly and very flavorful. I would highly recommend!

The service is excellent and very friendly. I thought the Wagyu prime ribeyes were about the same as Saltgrass. They were good, but didn't really justify the prices. It is a beautiful restaurant, though.

Bohanan’s was an incredible experience🤩We had a group of 10 and were given a private room which made the evening feel so special. Our waiter was fantastic—so knowledgeable about wines, which was perfect for the wine drinkers at the table. The presentation was beautiful, and every dish was spot on. Between us, we enjoyed steak, scallops, lobster, lobster mac & cheese, and plenty of fresh vegetables—everything was so delicious 😋 And I must say…the martinis were amazing! From start to finish, it was such a memorable night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated dining experience in San Antonio😘

Valet charged my mom $20 to park the car across the street and then gave the keys back to her so we wouldn’t have to wait on our car.

Upon entry the host was simply amazing and attentive. Wish I could remember his name.

We had a reservation for the 2nd level dining area to celebrate my birthday. In the beginning our server was great. Very knowledgeable and attentive. After receiving our food he disappeared and would not even check on our table. He would check on tables around us and simply avoid ours. Because it was birthday I had intentions on getting a dessert, but waiting took long and by that time I was ready to leave. Eventually someone else provided us with the bill.

The food was a 10/10 one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The sides were well seasoned and the drinks were tasty.

This is overall my favorite restaurant in San Antonio. The staff is superb as is the food. Great ambiance. The bartenders are attentive and very professional. I eat here all the time for good reason!

Dinning at Bohanan's is an experience worth sharing. The staff caters to every guests and ensures the meal is fantastic. The wine list is extensive and with just a few questions your waiter can assist you in selecting a wine paired to your tastes and you meal selection. Moreover, guests are never made to feel rushed to leave. Finally, it's a great place for a special occasion even if it's just a plain old Saturday.

Bohanan’s is the last name of the chef in Owner and was established in 2002. The building itself has some great history and I believe I was told this latest one is the third owner. Everyone we met last night took such great care us.

The seafood is stunning. The steak is 10/10 . Our waiter Roberto is 12/10. Roberto is one of the best waiters in the world for us…Must go place…Don’t forget to eat mushrooms. My regret is not having a picture with Roberto. Scallops are world class by the way:)
