Tried Bomb Ass Burgers tonight when their food truck came through our neighborhood and it was excellent.
The burgers were fresh and well made. You could tell the quality of the meat and toppings was better than the average food truck burger — the lettuce, onions, and overall ingredients tasted fresh. The onion rings, fries, and tater tots were all seasoned really well and surprisingly not greasy.

Ventured over to Lombrano food hall and tried out a few of the restaurants. One of the was BombAss Burgers. Got the burger named after the restaurant and let me tell you it was huge and loaded! It has 2 1/3lb patties, cheese, bacon, grilled onion, jalapeño, and avocado 💣! Definitely enough to share 😋. We'll be returning.
