It's our place to go every Weekend and the Veggie Thali and Masala Dosa here are simply amazing. They recently added Biryanis and pastries to the menu. The Veg and Paneer biryanis were decent and the pastries were delicious.

We recently had a chance to taste the food at this restaurant during our quick trip of San Antonio TX. We tried Chhole Puri, Masala Dosa, Papdi Chat and pastries and they were delicious and flavorful. It is inside in a grocery store with a small dine in open area. Staff was nice and all of the items are fairly priced. You can give it a try if need a quick indian fast food cravings.

This is a great place to eat at if you like Indian food! First of all , dosas are always crispy and flavorful. Second , they sometimes will offer free samples.Third the veggies are very cheap.(99 cents for most.) Fourth, the staff are always very kind and helpful; they help a lot with certain stuff like giving the food ordered to the right people.Vegetarian options: As for the veg. selection, they have very many vegetarian options.

The food over here is not fresh. We had the vadapav. The vada was very hard and the pav was clearly old. We have also tried their sandwiches and Chinese items - they are below average. Most often the food is not fresh so please be careful. They need to step up their game big time.

I have given this place a lot of chances but the food here is not restaurant/indian fast food quality and standards. Everything here tastes meh! It’s ok but people do not go out and spend money to eat ok food. The owners are from Mumbai so it’s bit disappointing to see them represent some of the staple Bombay street food items with such mediocre taste and quality. The people who work here are nice and friendly, food not so much. The menu definitely has potential but I really hope they invest and focus on taste of the food.

Located within the Indian Supermarket is this food counter that claims to serve Bombay Street Food. Very nice and friendly service. We tried the chaat buffet, bhindi masala, wada pav and ice cream. Service was nice and friendly. The pani puri was good and so was the samosa chaat and dahi batata puri. The pav bhaji had great pav but the bhaji itself was flavorless and just not very tasty. Dosas too were small and the fillings were just smeared on one side and were a bit greasy but ok. The bhindi was too oily but had great flavor with that tinge of smokiness one expects from street food.I have tried this place a few times and would probably get the wada pav but skip the chaat buffet, which while a great deal, left me unsated.Vegetarian options: Good options for vegetariansParking: Plenty of spots available

I had the chat buffet which was too bad. I had panipuri and the chat in it is too cold and sev puri too even though they said fresh that was too cool. Even pav bhaji curry is poor taste. Let’s not forget about the dosas the batter was not good and the masala dosa tasted tangy. Never in my life, I had a sandwich without toasted. Even in india we have toasted sandwich so don’t believe when they say indians eat without toasted. The only thing we can eat in that chat buffet is samosa chat. Hope they improve their taste.

Excellent food !! Especially the “Unlimited Chaat Buffet” is worth every penny. Chef Rohan is very sweet and knows exactly in which industry he is working in and takes care of customers like family. Keep up this service guys ?

I finally found the worst place to eat food. This place should not be running at all. There were flies everywhere, the tables were dirty and the food is the worst part. I could tell the bread/curry was very very old, and was soggy. I got sick just by taking the first bite of my food. Please DO NOT eat here. This place needs to shut down immediately.

Stay away if you are looking for authentic street food. Nothing is fresh and they heat and serve frozen items. We ordered hariyali panner tikka ,malai paneer, bread, rice and salad. The lettuce in the salad wasn’t fresh and was served so badly that by seeing the plate, I didn’t want to touch it. 4-5 pieces of paneer was served for each paneer dish and it tasted so bad, especially the panner was sour/bad. The bread that was served was not fresh , chewy and not even hot. The mixed rice served along with the menu was tasteless ,zero salt and flavor.I would never return to this place again not to eat food, nor to buy stuff from the store that is attached simply because I feel cheated .Not even a percentage of justice was done to the food that was served.

I ordered Khasta kachori and Dabeli. Dabeli was still okay but the kachori was not good at all. It doesn’t have any taste. Not good experience.

We ate twice there.Day 1:It was the best chole bhature I have had in the USA. Order didnot took long to come. Although you have to pay first, which is fine but the seats are part of the grocery store. So expect people to be just randomly shopping with carts around you while you eat.Day 2:Since the last time, I loved the chole bhature and ordered again. Now, this time they had 3 people cooking dishes randomly. No organizations, nobody knows whose order came first or who ordered what. Since they make you pay first now instead of sitting at your seat and waiting for food, you have to stand next to the counter and constantly remind them. I learned the hard way as I waited for 45 minutes. The bhature is now the lowest quality. The same dish went downhill in 7 days. Chole was watered down to increase the quantity. I had other items as well. Like a sandwich, I am not sure what kind of sandwich they are making, but if you are from Northpart of India, its not what you expected.Overall, it's chaos. Food is a hit or miss depending on who is cooking that day. The price is decent and resonable, but I personally won't take the hit or miss chance with the food.
