My husband and I were there on Thursday, May 21st. Our food was delicious 😋. Our waiter Jorge was amazing. He was attentive and caring. The waitress that was helping him out, was attentive as well. I recommend this restaurant.

Service and food are always excellent! Not sure who they use for vegetables and meat as a supplier, but everything is always fresh and cooked perfectly.
Sea Bass Piccata: the sauce didn't have the mushrooms as picture; the overall dish was lacking depth in flavor.
Pontchartrain Redfish: the shrimp was raw, (sent back for further cooking); the dirty rice was terrible, zero flavor.

Our visit was odd. We made reservations and were not greeted. We just received blank stares. We asked before hand if anything special can be done for a birthday. We were a small party of less than 6. They said no, we would have to schedule online and have a bigger party, so not even a complimentary dessert.
We sat and are menus weren’t handed to us, we had to ask for the drink menu, the kids menu and the desert menu. Our waitress was extremely rude and had 0 etiquette. When we asked politely for certain items she’d just say “Yeah” and place the item at the end of the table. The most disgusting thing was that she’d just hang out in the hallway PICKING THE ACNE ON HER FACE! 🤢she didn’t pick up menus, trash, dinnerware or refill our drinks. She was an anglo girl with boy short hair. The staff was full and the restaurant was dead. Everyone here needs training ASAP.

Ordered pick up. Not too busy. The redfish with shrimp was pretty good. The chicken picatta was delicious.

This is by far our FAVORITE restaurant in San Antonio. We always order the same two dishes, Chicken Victoria and the Plank Cedar Salmon. We also enjoyed the jambalaya, shrimp, and chicken piccata. They start your order with some warm bread and cilantro dipping oil. It’s a must try!
