Tried Brevity for the first time and got the pumpkin cold brew + pumpkin cold foam and the winnie the brew latte. Both are really good! Also, excellent service- Edith was extremely helpful and friendly!

I placed an order for delivery and although the Uber driver claimed to deliver, she did not as she drove right past me. I was able to take a break from work to go to Brevity and explain the situation. They were very friendly, understanding and remade the drinks that were ordered!!

This is honestly the best Brevity on the North side! I’ve been to a few other locations around the North side/medical center, and none have the same quality of coffee and customer service as the Redland location! Every once in a while there will be a barista who doesn’t seem to be in a good mood, but they’re not rude or anything, just kind of show their emotion when interacting, which I do empathize with as a 12 year barista myself knowing customer service is exhausting...
