I've been coming to this location of El Chaparral for over a decade. I enjoy the ambiance, the decor, the upbeat piped-in music, the food. Today I had lunch as part of a party of 8. Complimentary chips and salsa were brought out, including free refills. Each of us also received a little bowl of complimentary borracho beans. I ordered Pancho Villas Chicken Enchiladas. Tried the parillada plate and the meat was very good. The rice here is ok… beans are better. The chile relleno plate was good, I would suggest either the chicken or shrimp because the creamy cilantro sauce would pair better with shrimp or chicken. That sauce on the relleno was super delicious.
