Stopped in for lunch got the 2 meat plate with dirty rice and green beans. Brisket was great didn't even need a knife with a perfect smoke ring. Not a lot of places do dirty rice and if the do they don't do it justice, this place does it justice.
Brisket was wonderful! Rib tips are good but mine were cold as if the fridge. Mac & cheese is box, potato salad and cole slaw store bought. Baked beans are delicious ? Sliced bread moist not hard like most BBQ places. They are heavy handed on the liquid smoke...total turn off. Would go back for Brisket and Beans everyday.
Lord, Lord this barbecue was off the chain. Mr, Mrs, Brooks are very good people I and my best friend has visited ❤ Brooks twice Hum, Hum food is great they're very down home people their whole family is awesome. The atmosphere was awesome I recommend Brooks delicious mouth watering food to anybody out there corn & fish outstanding old school cooking. God bless ? Brooks Barbecue ? ? ❤
