For a Friday afternoon, it was not packed at all. Did not have a hard time finding parking. Ordered a vanilla latte and it was tasty!

Parking: Depending on the day and time, you may or may not have a hard time finding parking.

I've been on the hunt for good coffee shops/spaces to get homework done at and Brown Coffee Co is definitely on my list now. Lots of space, tons of natural light, and ample electrical sockets at the benches and bars for those who need to power their devices.I got a chai and it was delish. My only gripe is the parking lot behind them (which is not their fault and out of their control).I've added a photo of the pay sign and it kinda blows my mind that they want $20 for 3 hours? Yes it's in the "city" but street parking is just a few blocks away. Brown can validate parking for up to 45 minutes, and the barista was super helpful in telling me where I can find free parking, just a short walk away.I'll definitely be back, and I hope I save some others the troubles of trying to navigate the parking situation.

On the last day of our trip we discovered Brown Coffee Co. Wish we had found them on day 1! Best coffee we’ve had in a very long time. And if the great coffee wasn’t enough, the freshly made vegan pop tart and donut we had was exquisite. Bonus! Thank you Brown Coffee Co for a job well done.

This coffee shop is nice and comfy. The drip coffee is very good. And the raspberry cheese Danish is tasty. It's not overly sweet which I like. The customer service is excellent. I can't get enough of this place. It's nice and comfy. The desserts are fablicious.

The staff was nice, but the atmosphere was underwhelming, a bit like a dentist office waiting room. The cold brew wasn't just awful but completely undrinkable.

First time at this cute coffee shop! It’s the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and study, work, or just find a place to hang out. I love the light that their store front windows bring in!We tried lattes and their cortave which is espresso, milk and agave. The perfect pick me up with the perfect amount of sweet!Shoutout to David for phenomenal customer service. He helped us sort through what to order and even let us know that they also serve beer! We’ll have to come back to try!Minor suggestion: because the layout is so open, I think staff should put their drinks, bags, water bottles somewhere unseen by the patrons. It gives a messy look to their wide kitchen. This place is beautiful! Cleanliness and neatness would make it even more so.

My friend and I checked this place out since he is a coffee lover. He said it was the best coffee he'd had in all our coffee shop adventures in San Antonio. It has a nice atmosphere and when the weather is nice there is a nice seating area outside as well. It may be a bit pricey for the size of the cup but if you're a coffee lover may be well worth it as far as flavor.

Brown Coffee lives up to the Southtown vibe. I am giving it a ding for the lack of ingredients for my latte. Other than that, the service is excellent, the vibe is chill, and the internet is great.

If you are a person of color, expect to be treated as lesser. I went in and purchased a coffee, pastry, and tipped well. The barista simply took my order and when my order was ready I picked it up at the counter. My friend showed up and was treated kindly. Her coffee was brought to our table with a heart in it. My friend is white. All she had to do is exist in a white body to get above and beyond service at this shop.

Hands down the best coffee in San Antonio, and probably Texas. Matt is a coffee wizard, and the rest of the staff is also very knowledgeable. If you want a pour-over from baristas that take coffee seriously, this is your spot.

Was having trouble finding a sit-down coffee shop past 2 p.m. on a Saturday that wasn’t inside a mall or only a walk-in style on the street in downtown. I was pleased to find Brown Coffee Company. Plenty of different seating, tall chair w/table-shelves against the window and bench style with cushions, a bar, and also a few lounge chairs. The big glass windows are nice for taking in the street level feeling. The snazzy jazzy music was pleasant. The barista was helpful in suggesting an alternative since they don’t serve teas here I could not get my go-to favorite chai tea latte, but instead enjoyed a classy glass of dirty cold brew with vanilla flavoring and a cool block of ice, see picture. Military veteran discount. Good Wi-Fi, ask for a password, I was able to get some work done while enjoying a drink. Parking is free with validation from barista

Brown is a great place to go if you want a very small cup of very weak coffee but at a serious premium. 12 oz is the largest you can get but it was only filled about 3/4" from the top, for $5-6, and it was very weak to boot. Bummer...
