“Jackie was an absolute angel when I ordered it felt like a blessing. “Have a great day!” I swear I reverted to age 6 on the spot. My inner child did a backflip, healed his trauma, and started breakdancing. The food? It tasted like a mother’s hug wrapped in a warm blanket dipped in serotonin. I could’ve proposed right there next to the ketchup packets.“
“I wanted to recognize Sergion. This is my first visit to this location and I was very impressed with his exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. He was also the chef and made the best Asian Zing tenders, perfectly cooked, seasoned with the perfect amount of glaze and crisp. I hope Upper Management knows that they have a wonderful employee with Sergion and he is doing a fantastic job representing the company.

“My first visit was recently on veterans day. The boneless wings. Very tasty 😋. The lemon pepper that are my favorite. That was as good as the food I felt very appreciated as a veteran. Friendly and welcoming. The highlight with all do respect to the food. Good prices for what you get
The greetings from the staff. The service was quick and easy. The young lady who greeted me with a smile and a happy veterans day. I'll put it like this...we will be returning very very soon ☺️. Oh I definitely would recommend to others.“
“My family and I got some wings, appetizers and a couple burgers and overall everything was great. The service was phenomenal and the place is very clean. Self seating which is cool. Main meal was very good. Wish there was a little more sauce on the wings but it was good. The buffalo chicken dip was kinda cold so I gave the food 4 instead of 5 stars“
“One of my favorite wing places but this location the service took so long and my wings were unfortunately cold but look how good they looked! I did send them back and however, one of them servers came out and said we have to drop wings gonna take 10 minutes like seriously it took 45 minutes just to get the first order so I left after the 10 minutes, the wings didn’t come out! My son 17 I don’t even know if his burger was cold or not but he ate it lol“
“We had to have an order delivered and we only eat flats. That's the only button I know, flats, plus the extra charge. We kept getting drums through Door Dash. Long story short, Buffalo Wild Wings and Doordash did EVERYTHING they had to do to make sure we got flats, despite the receipt saying drums. I never push drums, and with an MBA, I honestly know which button to push. I feel terrible because of all the chicken we have, and I just want to thank Buffalo Wild Wings for the exceptional service, as usual. I may forget my husband's name, heck, I may even forget my kid's name, but one thing I do REMEMBER is we don't do drums. Again, thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings. Awesome service as usual. 🥰🥰“
“The best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to! The food was hot, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was popping! (Mainly because of the football game on)

We had the absolute best waitress ever, her name is Jazmyne and she was absolutely wonderful! She treated me and my parents with the upmost priority and was always on top of our drink refills (mainly mine because I drink my drinks very fast lol) and talked with us like we’ve known each other forever! I hope she hears about this review and knows we love and appreciate her!
Atmosphere: 10/10

“Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings tonight for a casual dinner and had a great experience. We decided to try their $9.99 bottomless app special, and it did not disappoint. The onion rings were crispy, the fried pickles were perfectly tangy, mozzarella sticks were melty and delicious, and the chips with queso were hard to stop eating. Definitely a fun option if you like to snack on a little bit of everything.
We also ordered a burger and a salad. The burger was juicy and cooked just right, with fresh toppings and a tasty bun. The salad was surprisingly good too — fresh, crisp, and a nice balance to all the fried goodies.
On top of the good food, our server was super friendly and checked on us often, making sure our drinks stayed full and we were happy with everything. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable for relaxing and catching up.
All around, we left full and happy. If you’re looking for a spot with plenty of options, a laid-back vibe, and excellent service, give this Buffalo Wild Wings a try. We’ll definitely be back, especially for that bottomless appetizer deal!“
“I've been edging away from B-Dubs for a bit as I get older. I like to hear my dinner companions, and the service is usually lacking.
This location, though loud, had phenomenal service. My waitress today was Alexandria, and she was very sweet and attentive. Knowledgeable about the menu, offered ways to maximize savings, etc.
Also, if you are a fan of the all-you-can eat appetizers for 4, it's $2.50 per additional person and only running for three more weeks. This location (maybe others, not sure) is permanently out of the Buffalo Bleu and the BBQ Ranch.“
“It wasn't busy, service was nice, food was alright. What was almost a deal breaker was the bathroom. I've heard you can tell alot about a restaurant by the cleanliness of their restroom. In this instance, the men's sink looks like it was installed and has never been cleaned. Slimy, dirty, chrome faucets looks like they've never seen soap. I won't be rushing back here anytime soon.“
“Came to Buffalo Wild Wings on a whim. I had been to a different location near 151 and didn't have a great experience. This l9cation location off of 1604 on San Antonio's west side was much better. The staff only had two people working the bar and the tables but you would never know it. They were hustling and our food was delicious and we had great service. Thanks to Daisy, the bartender. Awesome personality and great representative of Buffalo Wild Wings.“
“This was my 1st time at buffalo wild wing I brought my son and daughter to get the 20 special after school because you know the kids be starving anywho I didn’t really understand the app quite well and they help me order and even though I made a mistake on ordering hover the manager was awesome to correct my mistake and the staff was pleasant place was clean my kids was like mama we need to give 10****** will be back thank you, you guys ROCK“
