“Caleb was truly the nicest and very accommodating. He was also very professional even when I ordered a new flavor of wings that I thought I'd like but ended up not. He replaced them for me with no trouble, and I'm so grateful for that. The food came out delicious, and within a timely manner, everyone was super nice and friendly. I'd choose this location of Buffalo Wild Wings over any WingStop, ever. He really recommended the burgers they have to offer. Apparently, they are AMAZING & next time I come back, thats for sure what I'll be ordering . Thanks so much again, Caleb!!“
“I wanted to recognize Sergion. This is my first visit to this location and I was very impressed with his exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. He was also the chef and made the best Asian Zing tenders, perfectly cooked, seasoned with the perfect amount of glaze and crisp. I hope Upper Management knows that they have a wonderful employee with Sergion and he is doing a fantastic job representing the company.

“The service here is great and the restaurant is very clean. You can tell the employees, manager, and GM take pride in where they work. Food comes out hot and fresh and the music is also awesome which makes it a pleasant visit along with the service. It’s a vibe for sure. :)“
“Very welcoming. They have definitely learned from past experiences where ppl may have taken someone else’s to go order from those shelves. They had our food behind the counter waiting for us to ask for it by name. Everything was still perfectly warm.“

“Went today here for lunch had a party of 12 at 12noon. Excellent service thanks to are waitress! She was patient and not in a hurry. She had our drinks ready and refills on time every time. Food is getting better it was hot and good. We didn't have any issues here. Manager with glasses came out and asked if everything was OK. Very friendly and gave us a discount.“
“Honestly our server Derick was amazing he deserves a promotion if one is not already in the works I just left from here and Derick was on top of everything serving our food, refilling our drinks before we had to ask for a refill, cleaning throughout the restaurant all while being kind and attentive. Genuinely my husband and I will be returning to this buffalo wild wings because we loved the customer service we received! Hope we see Derick again!“
“Came here with a few friends the other night as a late night dinner. The server was really attentive and nice. I ordered their new burger called the Bacon Mac N Cheese. When I tel y’all, it was so amazing!! It was definitely a hard burger to bite into cause it was loaded with meat patties, thick bacon and macaroni; but the flavors tie in so well together. I definitely recommend trying that dish!“

“This is my first time here. I'm still in the lobby waiting for my order. It's only been 2 minutes I've been waiting. I just wanted to commend miss Veronica! She is the sweetest. She recognized her regular customers and greeted them cheerfully. She asked me how my day was, which I needed so much today. She was so helpful and answered any questions I had. She also informed me of the bday freebies if I download the app. By far the best To-go service I've had in a long time, anywhere. She even wrote a heart with her initial on my receipt! ❤️“
