Restaurant needed to be cleaned, staff was unfriendly, the atmosphere was meh, and the food was very disappointing. The fried pickles had no flavor, as did the salsa. The wing sauce was disappointing, and the ranch even more so. Nothing on my plate was good. Will not return.
Our order was not ready on time (despite the estimated time on email/app). Front desk/host was nowhere to be found for quite some time. After leaving and coming back 20 min later, our order was not ready and the hostess said they would just refund our meal. While refunding the order was the only correct course to take, it was frustrating to have waited so long and not get our food. I’ve visited this location multiple times and all experiences have been poor.

I don't think I'll be going back to this location again. Everything I wanted they didn't have. I wanted a certain flavor of wings, they didn't have it, later I wanted a certain drink ,rum and coke, and they didn't have coke. Coke? Of all drinks, a big box name like BWW, didn't have coke? Seriously?
