Wingstop Reviews
Shirley, thank you for going the extra mile and thank you for a great dining experience
Shirley, the manager, was amazing! She and her staff were welcoming, friendly, and had such positive attitudes. We even joked about me applying for a job there. It was also clear that the team works well together, creating a great atmosphere.
Jaquay was very respectful and nice in helping me when I made a mistake on my order. Very prompt customer service skills, I saw him wiping down counters and very responsive when taking orders.

Wingstop is a popular restaurant that receives mixed reviews. The food is generally considered okay, with the wings being nothing special. The new honey chicken sandwich was not bad, though there is no grilled option, only fried. Customers have noted that the fries are good. The main issue seems to be staffing, with only two people working—one cooking and one at the register—which can lead to long wait times and missed orders, especially during busy hours. Despite this, the staff is often praised for being polite and attentive. One cashier, known for taking orders like a high-stakes mission from the wing gods, was especially appreciated for his quick and friendly service, even with his distinctive hairstyle. The restaurant is kid-friendly, featuring high chairs and TVs, but wheelchair accessibility has been reported as a bit challenging. Overall, Wingstop offers an average dining experience, but the staff's dedication and friendliness stand out.
