This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this location and left disappointed. The person taking our order mumbled, gave no eye contact and leaned on the counter as if she was struggling to stand up. The food took about 25-30mins; the fries and wings were decent , a little over cooked but not terrible. Main takeaway is that the customer service is poor.

Please do not eat here they truly need to be shut down. Tonight I had literal feathers in my order. I called to inform them and the response was yes we were just in a rush. Like what? Peak or not my food that I’m ingesting needs to properly handled. I have had multiple situations with them. They will NO longer be receiving my money.

Employees playing around. Throwing airplanes at each other and not paying attention to the customers and orders as someone is calling out the name. Very poor service. When I received the food it was warm temperature. I was expecting it to be hot. They didn’t even verify the order as it could have been packed wrong. Never again going to order from them. We were hangry and spotted this on the highway on the way back to the hotel. I ordered online via the app and the food was ready quick. It was Sunday night football so I was worried it would be swamped. Workers were courteous.Order was accurate and the wings were good. Seasoned perfectly and my little one devoured it. We will be sure to be back when in town.
