Food came cold, as if it had been sitting there for 30+ minutes and its not like the place was busy. My husband was even frustrated and disappointed that he even complained. The beer was good and cold though!

If I could give a 0 for the review I would. Ordered cauliflower wings online, their phone doesn’t go through. Said it would be ready at 9 and I went at 9:15 it wasn’t ready after waiting 35 mins. The staff were extremely rude. On top of that, the cauliflower wings tasted so bad as if they had fried the same ones 5 times in the same oil to reheat it up, I have videos of oil coming out and I couldn’t eat it bc of how nasty it was. This is extremely frustrating. They won’t pick up the phone calls. Order wasn’t ready. And my phone was refried 10 times.

Came in for my favorite BLT sandwich for lunch to find it's been discontinued. So sad. So I gave the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich a try. Again so sad. I was expecting maybe a hand breaded chicken breast sandwich but no luck. Instead it was a frozen thin overcooked chicken Patty. The bun was previously toasted but now cold. There was no sauce on the bread and the supposed coleslaw garnish was tasteless and dry, not Tangy the way a good Southern coleslaw should be. The chicken patty was hot but overcooked and dry with melted cheese dripping everywhere and hard to chew. I would not suggest this sandwich to anyone as it just had zero flavor, zero tang, and zero appeal. Guess I'll stick with the bacon burger

Our recent visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in years.
The men’s restroom was absolutely disgusting—filthy floors and countertops, reeking of urine. It was worse than many gas station restrooms I’ve seen.
The food was awful. I ordered traditional buffalo wings that were dry and flavorless, and my wife’s dish (fries or something else) was clearly altered; the manager confirmed the recipe had changed. I tried it—gross. It was a complete disappointment.
Our table was sticky and dirty, trash was on the floors, and the overall restaurant felt neglected. Our server was doing their absolute best under clearly impossible conditions, and we made sure to tip accordingly, but the rest of the staff seemed uninterested in helping.
Most frustrating of all, the manager we spoke to didn’t care at all. He showed zero concern, zero effort to make anything right, and left us feeling completely ignored.
Buffalo Wild Wings is not immune to inflated prices, but if they aren’t going to maintain high food quality, it’s simply not worth it. They won’t be getting my business again.
This is not how any restaurant should operate. Filthy restrooms, subpar food, dirty tables, unhelpful management—it’s a total failure. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will never return.

A lot of places was not happy about Veterans Day. But you guys showed out! The waiter was so nice and made sure my husband had his free meal. Everything was great. Thank you for showing love to the Veterans❤️
Horrible service. October 23, 2025. Girls up front watched a whole line form at the entrance with no initiation to call hostess or tell us that it’ll be a minute. Instead they were worried about a decoration on sticking. They just be hiring anybody. We had to leave after 15min of just WAITING up front. Can’t find a buffalo wild wings with good service ANYWHERE
