Ordered 20 wings over the phone. The salt n vinegar had barely any flavor! I used to love salt n vinegar wings but this fell very short.Couldn’t even see any evidence of seasoning on them like you unusually would at a BWW. Also we didn’t get celery/ carrots like we have at other BWW. Disappointed ☹️

All I ordered was 10 traditional lemon pepper wings and spent $16 plus a tip for wings that were barely sauced. I made the best of it being on lunch during work and wasn't mean or rude, but I won't be back.

DO NOT ORDER from this place!!! I have to have ranch with my wings. I ordered 2 ranch dressings and they where not in the order. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times and no one would pick up the phone.

I’d recommend this for people who don’t want the beer or frills of eating a sit-down full BWW. There are chairs and tables here so there is no reason not to eat in. Sure there aren’t any TVs, but I prefer this in some ways to the distractions of a normal restaurant.

The location had no AC, which will cause issues with customer service. The POS machine was not able to give me my n points 2x, which I activated. The sweat dripping from the staff should be considered if it drips on the food getting prepared.No lettuce for the bundle burgers and too much salt on the burgers.I ate the meal because $14 is hard earned money. Didn't want to complain because it was hot in the location and didn't want my food compromised.
Says they're open till midnight but I walked in at 11 o'clock and they told me they were closed. Website, Google, and times on front door say that they are open until

we have gone here before, but usually go to another buffalo Wild Wings. we asked if they can just make 2 without sauce and 2 with sweet bbq. she said it was okay and the rest 30 pieces just 6 habanero and 20 Asian zing. We got 7 without sauce, 8 with sweet bbq, 7 habanero and 8 Asian zing. When I asked about it the manager said they don't do special orders, so I said they should have told us. The cashier lied and said she told us. So we are having a refund and never coming back here. Father's Day ruined.

This location has the worst customer service skills. Even the managers. I think additional training should be made available for them. They also keep the door locked during business hours and I'm not sure why that is, but it's a major inconvenience when I'm having to wait outside to pick up my call in order. Also, fries have wayyy too much salt.
