Even when you pay on the app, they don’t give you what you paid for. I paid for zesty sauce and cheesy tots, and didn’t get it in my bag. I feel like corporate or district managers need to get involved because this has happened to me twice already.

While a super clean restaurant, the food is not good and the service is incredibly slow. We were the only ones in the restaurant and still had to wait almost 20 minutes just for a four item meal. The food was quite bland.

This location used to be 5 star for me however they now always seem understaffed. However the freshness and somehow speed of service seems to amaze me. When it's open. They consistently find themselves closed at random times of the day.

The thing I like about Burger King is they’ll make a hamburger for you anyway you requested. Including with onion rings, barbecue sauce and cheese.

This Burger King's is conjoined with a gas station... was not a lot of business going on at the time.Regular cheeseburger and fries were both very good served hot and fresh!Ordered four double cheeseburgers to share with a few wayward patrons outside the building and got nothing but attitude from the employee waiting on me at the register... employee in the back who actually made the food and brought it to the counter was very gracious and very polite.

My mom and I just left right now and the staff was horrible. One of the girls (we didn’t get her name) but was wearing a red shirt was super rude. We had a mobile order for the drive thru and the guy said we had to come inside to get it even though we came a few times and were never told to come inside because it’s specially a drive thru order. My mom went inside and tried explaining and the girl with the red shirt was so unprofessional and rude. She was just yelling and didn’t even want to hear my mom out and just kept pointing at a “pick-up order here” sign like the child she is, which by the way is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. She wasn’t smart enough to comprehend anything anyway. Then a man went in right after with the same problem and he was super nice right away trying to make them understand and she just yelled at him again throwing her hands in the air repeating “I DON’T KNOW”. If your employees were smart enough they should realize there’s still illnesses like COVID and other stuff going around and maybe we were trying to avoid getting the whole staff sick. The employees need to be re-evaluated and taught how to do customer service. I was in the food industry for a few years and all I can say is the staff was so terrible (especially that girl) it’s ridiculous.
