Wonderful and thoughtful service. Food is great, and the salsa is unique with a hint of smokey flavor.On thoughtful service, I have a gluten allergy, and they were happy to accommodate it. They swapped out the flour tortillas for corn and cleaned the grill before preparing my meal. I told the bartender up front, and she communicated my needs to the kitchen. I am actually shocked for airport food. Service was amazing and friendly, and flavors were awesome. The portions for the chips and queso is a full on meal (for most people).Dip in the queso before the salsa for maximum stickage....other way around is maximum slippage :).Women behind the counter treated me like a proper bartender would....not a fly by night server at an airport seeing thousands pass through. So freaking refreshing.
