Today was the THIRD TIME in a row that Doordash delivered my Burger King order to the wrong address. And the third time that DOORDASH driver DOES NOT UNDERSTAND NOR SPEAK ENGLISH. Three times. Cannot make this up. Never ever ordering Burger King again. This customer is a loss.

This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to the drive thru and they take wayyy too long! the first time I waited 50 minutes for my order parked in the front and today I waited over 30 mins for one meal. Both times the drive thru and inside were both slow so I’m not sure why they take so long. The food does come out good and hot so for that I’m giving 3 stars but waiting over 30mins for fast food is ridiculous. Unfortunately I don’t plan on going again

I only gave 3 stars because of the cashier lil Hispanic with glasses very professional and listen to order . Now my issue is the African American thick manager chick... I asked for fresh fries and order she proceeds to put fries back in basket that were already up to reheat them for us. I told the cashier I didn't want those she told the manager and then the manager chick got a additude as if fresh food is an issue. That's the problem with these restraunts they give additude and bad customer service which makes people not return... So I told her don't put them fries on my order and she proceeded to whisper in headset... The inner me started to go off but I chilled cause my child was present.. but these restraunts gotta do better with customer service...then again if it's the manager how can u expect more from staff.Get it together sis I didn't choose to work for BK U DID???

I frequent this location often for breakfast (I love their hash browns and ham & cheese croissants) & tonight we came & got dinner & let me tell youuuuu! The service was awesome!!!! Before the attendant even passed us our drink, he saw it was lower that usual and took a second to FILL IT MORE- BEFORE we even grabbed it. Our food was hot and tailored exactly how we requested and we didn't spend more than 4 minutes hanging around. ✨️The most reliable fresh quick, fast food in stone oak, hands down
