Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Restaurant was not busy, only 2 other cars. The car behind me got served and left with their food. Employees went inside and never came back out, even though I pulled all the way up to the window. Also there are no prices posted on the board outside for the last year or so, so you have no idea how much what you are ordering is going to cost. Service and food quality has been disappointing the last couple times I have gone. Looks like this chain is being very poorly managed. Will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

Didn't get what I ordered, ordered livers, got gizzards instead. Chicken tenders the size of my pinky finger and mostly crust, 4 tenders equaled 2 of normal size..never again

Food is good and edible. Wiil fill a hole in your stomach but not real tasty, even though it is good. Needs some seasoning, or something. At least it is done, unlike some who put it out too fast when they get real busy. Am for sure going to try the gizzards but did not see them on the menu at first. Have stopped there a few times and will again. At least try it.

Matt is the manager, is the least experienced person to fit that position, his employee did the order wrong and want me to call door dash , refused to exchange the food , even though I offered to pick it up myself , bad experience with this location for the 2nd time

Went to bushes chicken on nacogdoches in live oak today.....ordered $60 dollars in food and as I was ordering it noticed the whole location was handling food with bare hands and no gloves on....bad for customers not healthy at all....I dont no where those hands have been before they touched that food

The food is typically pretty good, but sometimes it takes 1/2 an hour just sitting in line before you can order. They seem to make one order at a time, so even just 1 car ahead of you can make the drive-through take forever

Every time I visit the drive-thru the employees appear like they don't want to work. The latest visit there was myself + 1 car that had already been taken care of. The lobby and parking lot appeared pretty empty too. I could see an employee peak out of the window then retreat to the back. They did this a few times before I ultimately drove off.

If I could leave zero I would, I walked in and walked right out it smelt like sewage the moment you walked in I thought it was the bathroom but the terrible smell came from there kitchen that clearly had water backing up on there floor from who knows where, will never come back.

I went to pick up a 20 piece chicken family order. Fried okra, corn nuggets, fries, rolls. I think they were Very generous with the chicken portions. I also think for me, it could have been a little more breaded, and fried. Just my opinion. I enjoy Bushes every so often. Thank you...

Obviously fast food speed has not been the same since COVID, but waiting 15 minutes in the line just to get your order started is insane.
