Not a fancy place but the service and food were excellent. We had the chopped brisket sandwich and truffle fries. Sandwich was great and truffle fries were done to perfection. We asked for the fries crispy and were perfect. Stall checked on us frequently.

Definitely worth the visit. I'm not from San Antonio or Texas but am a hobbyist BBQer so Zuck's algorithm exposed me to this place and I knew I had to visit when I was in San Antonio to experience a dinorrito. This thing exceeded expectations; the beef rib was ridiculously tender and seasoned well, it was just too much food for me to eat all of the tortilla, mac, and fries.

This is our 5th time coming to get the dinoritto and all I can say is that there is nothing and I mean NOTHING better than it here in San Antonio. Every single time it gets better and better and it always stays consistent. Since our first time here we have been hooked and that’s not changing anytime soon for sure. Not only that the food is good but the service is also great and everybody is so friendly and they create a great atmosphere here. Definitely come and enjoy a dinoritto when you get a chance, it’s worth every single penny. They are HUGE so one burrito feeds two people maybe even 3 so keep that in mind.

My fiancée and I stopped by for lunch today, and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. I ordered the Wagyu burger, which was incredible, while my fiancée chose the brisket fries, and they were equally tasty.
The woman who greeted us and took our order was very kind, guiding us through the menu and offering helpful recommendations. The only downside was the pricing; our meal, which included a burger, fries with brisket, a loaded jalapeño with bacon, and a single root beer, came to $75 (including a 15% tip).
That said, I have no idea where they source their ingredients or the effort that goes into preparing their dishes to justify such prices. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with great food, attentive service, and a cozy atmosphere at Bussin’ Q.

The first time as a customer. Was exceptional, spend over 150 so I went back and this time was 165, the only downfall allot of it was fat 1/2 was meat ribs fall off bone but with fat for the amount I spend it should have had more meat.sauce was OK, the onions,pickles,peppers, were Good.
