Great Mexican restaurant for tourist since they know no better. But the Mexican rice was unevenly textured and pasty. Also, they put salty seasoning on their chips for the guac. Who does that.? The waiter's response was salty chips are the best, and we only serve them seasoned! In addition, they forget to remove the avocado sticker from the avocado before making the guac. It was pretty disgusting to have spit out bits of sticker at the table.
The food and service was amazing. Will definitely go back.
HANDS DOWN the WORST experience of our visit to San Antonio and Austin this past week! You have lots of options on the Riverwalk - choose something else!
Our server, Louis, never even asked us if we liked our meal. And when I told him it was lousy, he simply said, "I'll let them know," and walked away to get our bill. No apologies, no offer to try to fix it, no offer to comp anything, no offer to get a manager... just simple indifference.
