Had lunch today and the food was delicious! Quick and friendly service, Kristina P was our server and she went above and beyond. We eat here every time we visit the Riverwalk. We will be back!
We went to Lone Star Cafe on our recent weekend getaway to San Antonio. I ordered the country fried steak and it was absolutely amazing and HUGE. Prices were all fair and the location of the restaurant itself is great. I also would like to be give a shoutout to the hostess, Molly. She was super attentive and amazing in making sure our server got to us after a short wait at our table. Extra attentiveness as such is always appreciated. We sat inside and had an incredible waiter, Eugene. He was incredibly friendly, kind and attentive. He gets 5 stars and made our experience so enjoyable!! The food was only okay. We had the pork ribs and BBQ combo. The chicken, brisket and pork ribs were all dry. The sausage was good. The kitchen had their own music playing while the restaurant has different music playing. Two musics competing at once is not ideal for a dining experience.
